SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Currently all models will be unassembled and unpainted (Currently grey), exceptions can be made. All models are made to order. We will do our best to get the product to you as quick as possible, but please allow atleast 2 weeks for us to ship your orders. (As we pick up or slow down lead times maybe reduced or extended, we will keep updates going if things change.)
OUR RETURN POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
Broken items can not be returned but can be replaced. Returns are accepted if shipped within 14 days of delivery, items are unused, and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return costs. Buyer is responsible for any damages that happen during return shipping.
WARRANTY AT FULL MOON LABYRINTH
Our Policy
We will replace any non fitting or damaged pieces, with a photo for confirmation of damages or misfit, and confirmation of replacement piece, If the model is easily repaired we will ask for you to ship it back at your expense before we will replace it. I do my best to remove supports from each miniature I print, but you may need to do a little extra work removing small bumps that come from the supports that are needed to print each model. They come off easily by using a hobby knife or fine grit sandpaper.
